• Micron-Level Rectification: We achieve an ultra-smooth slate surface, ensuring a perfect ball roll and flawless trajectories.

• Simultaneous Diamond-Tip Squaring: Using a specialized diamond tool, we cut the slate and frame together. This ensures a perfect 90° angle between the playing surface and the perimeter, creating a mathematically perfect rectangle.

Our CNC process allows us to produce the rail and the drum (cushion support) as a single, unified component. This is a critical factor for professional gameplay:

• Uniform Strike Height: By creating a linear and seamless support for the rubber, we guarantee a perfectly consistent ball-to-cushion impact height across the entire playing field.

• Strict Tolerances: Every technical detail is verified against project diagrams with tolerances that exceed human manual control.

• Expert Upholstery: Each rail is hand-finished by highly specialized technicians using certified, first-quality materials. We use professional-grade rubbers and specialized cloths tailored to each specific game discipline (Pool, Snooker, Carom).
