Ara Billiard Table
The Minimalist Soul of Nigerian Tradition
The Ara Billiard table by MBM Biliardi is a minimalist work of art that embodies the distinctive style and cultural richness of Nigeria. Deeply inspired by the original Nigerian table, the design of the Ara is a celebration of clean lines, essential materials, and a refined aesthetic that narrates a millenary story.
It is a tribute to pure form, where every element is reduced to the essential to enhance the intrinsic beauty of the material and the depth of its meaning.
Ara Luxury Billiard
Between Minimalism and Tradition
The aesthetic is characterized by a visual purity that gives the table an elegant and sophisticated appearance. Every detail is designed for maximum formal cleanliness, making it a standout element without being invasive.
A touch of cultural authenticity with great impact: the table legs are inspired by the traditional ‘Odó àti Omo Odó’ (mortar and pestle), symbols of strength, preparation, and community in Nigerian culture. This sculptural reinterpretation is not just a tribute, but a true design element that provides the table with a solid base and profound meaning.
